There are lots of women who spend lot of their money trying various kinds of creams and lotions without focussing on the simple physical activities which has proven to be beneficial in reducing the cellulite growth.

Simple physical activity such as running is helps in increasing our energy levels, and in making our bones stronger. Running is also considered to reduce cellulite to some extent or at least helps in controlling it.

Those women who run on a regular basis have less cellulite growth compared to those who are not involved in any such kind of activity.

Those who are just beginners should start off by running for 10-15 minutes or can even try with the jogging first. And later you can increase the time period to 30 minutes.

Other than the above some other kind of physical exercises which can also help you in reducing cellulite are lunges and squats, these are referred to as strength training exercises, running is a cardiovascular exercise.

It is a good idea to combine both strength training and cardio exercises for better and fast results.
