Here’s an honest review on Nivea’s Good-Bye Cellulite Cream. The cream was first featured in Tyra Banks’ show and became very popular. The product claims that you are able to see results of firmer skin within 2 weeks and reduction of cellulite within 4 weeks.

So, how the product works?

Nivea’s Good-Bye Cellulite cream includes L-Carnitine which is a very important ingredient for the body to convert fats into energy. By applying the cream on the area which cellulite is appearing, the body will reduce the size of the fat cells which is causing the appearance of cellulite.

Does it work?

In my opinion, the cream will work and give you results quickly. Since cellulite is caused by the fat cells pushing up the skin, reducing the size of the fat cells are able to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Although most people reported positive results, some of them didn’t notice any differences. The product might not be suitable for everyone.

However, the product couldn’t deal with the root of the problem. The main cause of cellulite is not these fat cells decided to be ‘naughty’ and start growing. The main cause of cellulite is unhealthy lifestyle and habits such as unhealthy diet, insufficient exercise and rest, smoking and drinking and others.
