It is a proven fact that cellulite is caused due to the fat and toxic accumulation in our body and there no 100% proven treatment for this problem.

There are few simple yet effective steps which can help you in getting rid of cellulite to a great extend.

The first and foremost in the list is of course losing the extra body weight. Even though thin people also get cellulite but extra fat in our body tends to increase the dimpling and lumpiness.

Secondly, diet is a very important factor. You need to consume a very balanced low fat diet which is high in fiber and complex carbohydrates such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains. High fiber rich food will help you in flushing out the waste and improve our digestion process. Also drink plenty of water.

Massage is also considered to be very effective remedy for cellulite treatment. It is said that kneading cellulite for a few minutes a day can stimulate the flow of blood and other fluids that break down waste.

You can consult a doctor if your cellulite growth really bothers you. In case of excess cellulite growth laser treatment might be helpful.
