Factors responsible for Cellulite development (Part II)
There are lots of people who believe that only obese or overweight women have the chances of getting cellulite but actually it is not true.
In fact people of all shapes and sizes but more commonly women can be victims of cellulite. Cellulite can even creep up to the thinnest of women and make their body shape look ugly.
The inadequate supply of blood to the tissue reduces the rate at which metabolism burns fat, resulting in the formation of small masses of fat, which cannot be used as an energy source.
Another important factor which can lead to the cellulite development is the insufficient venous drainage. It basically causes the development of a backward pressure extending from the veins to the tissues.
This leads to the increased concentration of toxic metabolic substances and the destruction of the walls of the veins and tissues.
The insufficient lymphatic drainage leads the lymph to stagnate and increases the pressure of the tissue, which there by reduces the normal blood supply and diverts a significant portion of the arterial blood in the surrounding tissues.
