Cellulite legs (Part IV)
Essential fatty acids are also an essential part of cellulite fighting diet. These essential fatty acids basically work as the oil which lubricates our body’s gears. But the only thing about them is that they are not naturally generated within our body.
So in order to get it we need to depend on the outside sources. The omega-3 fatty acids contain alpha linoleic acid; omega-6 fatty acids contain linoleic acid and gamma linoleic acid. You are required to take at least 2.2-4.4 g of omega-3 fatty acid on daily basis.
But remember that we need to replace foods that contain unhealthy saturated and trans fats in our diet with foods which consists of EFAs, as well as other healthy unsaturated fats such as oleic acid or commonly known as omega-9 fatty acid.
In fact the cold water fish are known to be the best source of omega 3 fatty acids and flaxseeds are one of the best plant sources.
We need to avoid unhealthy fats such as butter, fat in beef and pork, deep fried food, etc. Whereas Olive oil, oil from cold water fish, sunflower seeds , flax seed oil are all considered to be healthy fats.
