One of the most important ingredients in the cellulite fighting diet is lecithin. It is a very important element to any cellulite removal program.
Basically the lecithin works by repairing the tissues by filling in and rebuilding cell walls, helping all of our organs to be fully hydrated and function at their maximum level.
The effect of this element in our diet can be visible in the form of lustrous, youthful skin which is too strong for cellulite to show through it.
The best sources of lecithin are eggs, soy products which includes tofu, soy milk, and soy cheese. Soya products are considered to be a better choice compared to the than eggs since it does not have cholesterol.
In fact those who are concerned about the cholesterol factor in eggs can consider taking soy lecithin supplements such as cholesterol free powdered soy lecithin granules, which can be added to your food or even beverage. You need to incorporate it in your diet every day.
