Most cardiovascular exercises are good in reducing cellulite appearance because it is able to burn fats and improve the blood circulation of your body. Cardio deals with the fats and blood circulation problem which are causing cellulite appearance.

In my opinion, the best exercise for cellulite on legs are squats and lunges.

Squats are very easy to do. All you need to do is stand your feet apart, keep your abs pulled, bend your knees to lower your body into a squat. Complete a few sets of 10-15 squats per day.

To do lunges, step forward with your right foot at a standing position. Make sure you reach the stage where your thigh is parallel with the floor. Straighten your leg and repeat the same position again. You can do it with your left leg as well. Complete a few sets of 10-15 lunges per day.

Another exercise which is very easy and useful is called the Isometric exercise. It is pretty simple to do especially you are sitting or standing and have nothing to do. Just contract and release your muscle of the body parts you have cellulite on it. It is better to hold the contraction for 30 sec before releasing.
